Exerpeutic Aero Air EllipticalOverview:

The Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical is a strong entry level, budget-friendly elliptical machine for getting a full-body workout at home. It’s compact, has a nice computer, and gets the job done.  The Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical features the ability to stride in a backward motion to change up your session and, along with the arm bars, hits most of your muscle groups. It uses magnetic resistance that you can easily adjust with a dial, and helps the Aero Air stay nice and quiet so you don’t wake up the household.

The Exerpeutic Aero Air’s computer has an easy-to-read LCD that shows all the data you’ll need to track your progress.  At this price, this elliptical doesn’t come with a ton of fancy features, but it will help get you working out, toning up, and losing weight and with minimal impact on your knees, ankles, joints, etc. We’ll break it all down further in our elliptical review below.

What We Love About the Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical:Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical

For an entry-level elliptical machine, the Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical has the features that you’re looking for. Like all good ellipticals it provides a complete cardio workout as well as the ability to work multiple muscle groups for a full-body experience. This elliptical machine is compact in design for users that don’t have a whole lot of exercise space available and is easily transported for storage.

Space Saving & Lightweight

The best feature of the Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical is this machine can be used anywhere. With a footprint under 2’x3’ this elliptical machine is a space saver. If you are an apartment liver or have a small exercise space, this is a great machine for you. Additionally, with a weight of around 50 lbs and front end transport wheels, this machine can be moved very easily and stored out of the way.

Smooth Motion

Exerpeutic Aero Air EllipticalOne great thing about the Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical is its motion. It’s very fluid and not choppy, which you sometimes get in budget-friendly elliptical machines. Another awesome feature in this elliptical machine is that it has both forward and backward movement. This provides you more exercise options and the ability to workout different muscles.

Other Considerations:

With only a 12” stride, the Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical isn’t for everyone. Taller people looking for a good stride on an elliptical generally look for a minimum of 18”.  The main reason for a good stride length is so you can get full extension during the elliptical motion and have a nice fluid movement and full body exertion. That said, you can still get a great workout with a 12” stride.

Final Word on the Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical:

Sometimes you just need that push to get working out. And sometimes you don’t want to spend a ton of money for that push.  The Exerpeutic Aero Air Elliptical will get you sweating no matter what your budget is.
