In order to achieve your complete workout, Total Gym provides a number of training resources including four DVDs, a nutritional program and meal plan, and three training programs for beginner, intermediate and advanced users. You can also purchase accessories for the Total GYM XLS like a training deck, upgraded squat stand, wing attachment and leg pulley attachment.

The AbCrunch attachment (sold with a separate version) provides an additional 10 exercises to strength you core muscles.
