Physical fitness enhances your overall well-being. Hang out with other fit people.

Use the time to socialize and improve your physical condition. Share your successes with your new friends and get inspired by all of the amazing things they’re doing to become more fit. It may be the thing that drives you to be more fit.
Make HIIT something you do regularly.
HIIT or High-Intensity Interval Training combines high-intensity anaerobic exercise with recovery periods that are significantly less intense to the point of exhaustion. Most workouts last under 30 minutes but could be longer depending on the fitness and stamina of the person using this form of training.
