Archive: The Bike Mike’s Fitness 3-in-1 Door Gym is (was) a product aimed at getting a full upper body and mid-section workout. This doorway pull up bar has many exercise options that allow you to focus intensity on all of the muscles in the arms, shoulders and back. You can move the 3-in-1 Door Gym to the bottom of the doorframe to assist with sit-ups and crunches. You can also move this device to the floor for propped push-ups and dips.

This bar has a lot of grip options. You can do underhand and overhand grips from three separate areas to give you narrow, neutral and wide exercise options. It also has neutral position hammer grip options to allow you to isolate the muscles in the back and shoulders.

The Big Mike’s Fitness 3-in-1 Door Gym is made from steel with a plastic cross support and foam grips, which makes comfortable on the hands. You don’t need to drill holes in the doorframe to use this bar. With a weight capacity of 300 lbs, you don’t have to worry about falling out of the doorframe while working out on this device.

The Bike Mike’s Fitness 3-in1 Door Gym is just like any other bar to install; it’s easy and should take about 15 minutes. What We Love About the Big Mike’s Fitness 3-in-1 Door GymBig Mikes Fitness 3-in-1 Gym

The nicest thing about the Big Mike’s Fitness 3-in-1 Door Gym is the number of exercises you can perform. In addition to the basic chin-ups and pull-ups, the bar comes with hammer grips so you can isolate you back and shoulder muscles. You can also take the 3-in-1 Door Gym off of the door and perform some triceps dips and deep push-ups.

What Isn’t So Great

There were quite a lot of reviews that said you get what you pay for. Comments like this can go either way, but in the case of the Bike Mike’s Fitness 3-in-1 Door Gym, it wasn’t a good thing. The most common issue reviewers commented on was that it was a little flimsy. That’s concerning considering Big Mike’s Fitness puts a 300 maximum weight limit on this product.

Final Word on the Big Mike’s 3-in-1 Door Gym

The Big Mike’s Fitness 3-in-1 Doorway Pull-Up Bar is priced well with its competitors with similar designs. You can get a variety of exercises from this bar, both hung from the doorframe and by placing it on the ground. However, this may not be the best bar for you if you’re at the upper end of the maximum weight limit as there were many reviews that commented on the 3-in-1 Door Gym having a lot of flexibility.
