It has parallel bars for hammer grip pull-ups. Assembly and Installation:
Assembly of the GoFit Chin Up Station should be easy and take around 15 minutes. However, some reviewers claimed that upon assembly some pieces didn’t fit together, holes weren’t drilled out correctly or some bolts were missing or not the correct size. For this reason, assembly for some buyer’s took an hour or even longer.

What We Love About the GoFit Elevated Chip Up Station
Most of the great things about this GoFit pull up / chin up station product were outlined above. You get a large number of exercises with the chin up station, especially with its parallel grip option. However, the thing we love most is that GoFit came up with an innovative, out-of-the-box design with this multi-bar. The best thing the GoFit Elevated Chin Up Station accomplishes is giving the user the clearance that they are missing in normal doorway chin-up/pull-up
stations. For most people, there’s no need to curl up the legs with this device when starting out. It raises you an additional 8” from the normal bar height and puts you above the doorway.
What Isn’t So Great
It’s not a perfect product and some users report that red paint may rub off onto your doorframe. Second, a lot of the users commented that when they went to assembly the station, it was missing bolts or the incorrect bolts were packed. If you find that the GoFit Elevated Chin Up Station you ordered has any of these quality problems, be sure to return it for a new one 
or refund. Note that these quality issues are not universal and your GoFit station will likely be in fine shape.
