The Wacces 3-in-1 Chin-Up Bar & Ab Straps is a great package that provides a complete upper body workout for the shoulders, back, chest, arms and abs. It provides numerous grip options, including parallel bars for hammer grip. With the ab straps you also get a completely different set of exercises like leg pull-ups to work the abdominals.

What We Love About the Wacces Chin-Up/Pull Up Bar & Ab Straps
You can probably guess what the best thing about this product is. Yes, it includes ab straps. The ab straps are a nice accessory because it gives you a set of exercise options beside sit-ups and crunches to work the abdominal muscles. The Wacces Chin-Up/Pull-Up Bar & Ab Strap comes at a great prices too. Typically, for competitor bars, you pay more for just the chin-up/pull-up bar.
Other Considerations
It seems that the main negative with the Wacces Chin-Up/Pull-Up bar is that the hand grips are pretty cheap. Even the most positive reviews state that the foam grips fall apart quickly. This can be a common problem with chin-up/pull-up bars and is easily fixed with some exercise tape. There were also a few reviews that questioned the durability of the bar saying that it flexed. Nothing that said it actually broke, but it seems that the steel construction may not be the highest grade.
Final Word on the Wacces Chin-Up/Pull Up Bar & Ab Straps
For well under $30, the Wacces is a great deal for a chin-up/pull-up bar, but Wacces is also throwing in a set of ab straps. You’re getting a ton of exercise options with this combo. Honestly, for a bar with this design, some competitors charge well over this price without the ab straps.
