Resistance
It’s hard to say the resistance is a drawback on the SF-RW1410 Rowing Machine when it is equipped with 12 different levels. That is far more than you’ll be able to find on any other rowing machine in this price range. Most rowers provide maybe four resistance levels and some only use resistance bands. I guess we’re saying this is a drawback, because even with 12 levels, there are a few users who say it still isn’t enough. They say that the difference between the levels is negligible and that you have to get up to the eighth level before you can feel any resistance at all. Like we said, it will probably be impossible to find another rowing machine in this price range with anywhere close to 12 levels of resistance, but if this sounds like a concern to you, we’d recommend finding one to test it out before making the purchase.
