By increasing the incline, you can target different muscles and greatly increase your workout intensity. While there are other treadmills in this price range that provide incline, this may be the least expensive of them all.

Running Performance
The Confidence Fitness Power Trac Pro Motorized Electric Treadmill isn’t ideal for someone looking for a good treadmill to run on. It’s more suited for walking or jogging. The main reason is that its running surface is only 14”x39”. That’s pretty small. At this size, running with your fully extended stride is going to be near to impossible. Additionally, the Confidence Power Trac Pro Treadmill has a small 600w motor that can only get you up to 6.2 mph. That’s the equivalent of a 9:41 mile or about a 30 minute 5K. Clearly, if you are an experienced runner, or looking to become one, this treadmill probably isn’t going to get it done.
Warranty
Confidence Fitness provides no warranty on the Power Trac Pro Motorized Treadmill. That’s not a good feeling. Even though this is an entry level treadmill, no one wants to take a big risk on $250. It is also a bit concerning that Confidence Fitness is not backing up their machine. There are treadmills in this price range that will provide warranties. The Confidence Power Trac Pro Motorized Treadmill is a good entry level machine. Its best features are the ability to incline and the 12 workout profiles on the console. These options add a little variety for the user. Its biggest downfall is that it’s not cut out for someone who really wants to get into running. If that is your ultimate goal, you are going to have to spend a few extra bucks for an upgraded model with a more powerful motor and a wider running surface.
