Shipping and Assembly:Nautilus T614 Treadmill Review

Nautilus® does not sell and ship directly. Instead they sell and ship from other online retailers and local businesses.  Be sure to have your delivery person bring the box to the location you want to set up your treadmill.  As with all treadmills, it’s heavy and you can move it later, but it’s good to have help.

About Nautilus:

Nautilus T614 ReviewWhat We Love About the Nautilus T614 Treadmill:

The Nautilus T614 Treadmill has a lot of the conveniences that people are looking for in a good treadmill. It has tons of programmed workout programs and performance tracking. It has a lot of features that make exercising enjoyable and keep you coming back time and again.

Programs & Tracking Capability

The console on the Nautilus T614 Treadmill is better than most competitors at this price range and even beyond. This console has a blue backlit screen that displays your workout data and is easily viewable in low light. It also has 22 programs that will hit everything from causal workouts to heart rate profiles to intense interval training. The best feature about the computer on T614 Treadmill is that it has connectivity to transfer your workout data through Nautilus Connect or MyFitnessPal. Features like these are great because they make using the T614 Elliptical enjoyable and keep you coming back for more exercises.

Other Considerations:Nautilus T614 Treadmill

It all depends on your budget and what your fitness needs are, but you might try comparing the T614 to the T616.  On Amazon.com, you can buy the Nautilus T616 Treadmill for around $200 more. This model has some big upgrades from the T614: (1) a motor with 0.25 more CHP; (2) 3% more incline; and (3) 5” more running surface. Also, the the T616 includes a chest strap heart monitor, while the T614 is only enabled. A chest strap alone runs about $50-60 on the low end. Another thing to consider is that the T614 only provides a single-ply belt and the T616 has a two-ply, 2.0 mm thick belt. This provides a more durable, smooth and quiet performance.

Final Word on the Nautilus T614 Treadmill:

The Nautilus T614 Treadmill is a great buy in its price range. With that being said, you can get an immediate upgrade with the Nautilus T616 for around $200 more. Take a look at our review of the Nautilus T616 Treadmill and we think you’ll agree. You get better components, Bluetooth connectivity, more workout programs and a chest strap heart monitor, which on average will run you $50-60 alone. Don’t get us wrong, the Nautilus T614 Treadmill is an excellent piece of exercise equipment at this price, but if you want those extra features, go for the T616.

Good review. However, I’m not sure when this review was written, but the price difference between the T614 and T616 is about $200 at most retailers.
