The popular Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill is an excellent way to get moving in the comfort of your own home. Some treadmills in this price range don’t have a lot of features, but Weslo included a bunch on this one. To start, the Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill has six programmed workouts focused on weight loss and intensity training. This really takes a lot of guess work out of trying to find a good workout. This Weslo treadmill also provides heart rate monitoring so you can measure your intensity while exercising.
Additionally, the Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill features a two position manual incline, a folding design, and the ergonomic “Comfort Cell Cushioning” to help save your knees and other joints. The LCD display is high quality and it has a decent motor that will stand up to a lot of heavy use. A lot of thought has gone into this quality treadmill.

What We Love About the Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill:
You can’t beat the price! The Weslo Cadence G 5.9 treadmill fits any budget, has a nice motor, a cushioned walking/running surface and a foldable design for easy storage. We also love that Weslo added six programmed workouts to the G 5.9 treadmill, which is nearly impossible to find on entry-level treadmills.
For it’s wallet-friendly price range, this Weslo treadmill is a really solid treadmill. Weslo is known for providing good quality at a low price and that’s what they’ve done with the Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill. In fact this treadmill is almost identical, in every way, to the Cadence R 5.2 treadmill, which is $100 more. The only exception that we can see is a 0.25 CHP upgrade in the motor and a couple more display options. Other than that, they’re identical. They are the same general size and have the same six programmed workouts. Honestly, for what the G 5.9 and the R 5.2 treadmills are designed for, this is definitely the better buy.
What Isn’t So Great:
Not much to note, but we’d have to say that as far as drawbacks, a bit of normal operation noise has to be it. But as long as you and maintain and care for your treadmill, a little bit of noise isn’t going to matter.
Final Word on the Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill:
The Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill is a really good buy. Among treadmills in this price range, you aren’t going to get much better than this. It has good components and will stand up to daily exercising for a long time. In this corner of the treadmill market, it’s hard to find a lot of extras, but Weslo offers some nice features to buyers like the variety of programmed workouts. Highly recommended.
